Rolfing is the most effective when done as a series of 10 sessions. Through the “ten-series” the entire body is addressed, systematically re-sculpting the body’s segments (arms, legs, feet, pelvis, back etc.) in order to relieve strain.

While a full series is the most effective approach to achieving lasting results, clients can benefit from fewer sessions. A thorough health history will be taken at your first visit. We will also discuss your goals for the series and address any questions or concerns you may have.

A typical Rolfing session lasts 75 minutes. At the beginning and end of each session we will evaluate your structure through specific movements allowing us both the opportunity to feel and observe changes. Most clients, men and women, receive Rolfing in their regular underwear. If preferred, loose fitting, short cotton shorts and a sports bra or a two-piece swim suit may be worn.
